Authorizing a City-Owner contract for Project No. J5682, "Public Improvements to Serve Del Webb Solhaus," with City execution conditional upon full execution of the contract by Owner, Contractor, and Design Engineer, project and grading plan approvals, and Contractor's submission of the appropriate bond and insurance documentation and;
  2. A professional technical services contract with Alliant Engineering, Incorporated, for $322,980, for work related to Project No. J5682, "Public Improvements to Serve Del Webb Solhaus," subject to City execution of the City-Owner contract.

Authorizing a City-Owner contract for Project No. J5624, "Public Improvements to Serve Mayo Clinic North Parking Structure, Phase 2," with City execution conditional upon full execution of the contract by Owner, Contractor, and Engineer, project and grading plan approvals, and Contractor's submission of the appropriate bond and insurance documentation and;
  2. A professional technical services contract with WSB LLC for $81,435 for work related to Project No. J5624, "Public Improvements to Serve Mayo Clinic North Parking Structure, Phase 2," subject to City execution of the City-Owner contract.

Authorizing a City-Owner contract for Project No. J5641, "Public Improvements to Serve London Brook Ponds (Phase 1)," with City execution conditional upon full execution of the contract by Owner, Contractor, and Design Engineer, project and grading plan approvals, and Contractor's submission of the appropriate bond and insurance documentation and;
  2. A professional technical services contract with GGG, Inc., dba G-Cubed, for $45,675, for work related to Project No. J5641, "Public Improvements to Serve London Brook Ponds (Phase 1)," subject to City execution of the City-Owner contract.

Authorizing a pedestrian facilities agreement and temporary construction easement with Kevin Wormley & Susan McCorkel-Wormley to ensure the installation of pedestrian facilities along the entire frontage of its property abutting 18th St SW right-of-way.

Septic System/Sanitary Sewer Utility Connection Agreement with Todd J. & Tracy D. Jerzak - 1237 Skyline Dr SW

 

Authorizing a Septic System/Sanitary Sewer Utility Connection Agreement with Todd J. & Tracy D. Jerzak to allow for repair or replacement of the current septic system serving their property until the property can be connected to municipal sanitary sewer at a later date.

Grant Acceptance and Bid Award for Corporate Hangar Area Site Development Project.

 
  1. Awarding a contract to Mathiowetz Construction Company in the amount of $6,689,440.47; and
  2. Adopting a resolution accepting the grant and authorizing execution of grant agreements with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MN/DOT).

Adopting a Resolution authorizing the execution of the Fiscal Year 2022 Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) Grant Agreement with the United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) and the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) to provide $19,900,000 in federal funding for the construction of the 6th Street Bridge, Neighborhood Safety, & Riverfront Improvements Project, J7919.
